Carrier Migration

On 11/18/2014 starting at 12:00 AM CST (GMT-6) we will be transitioning carriers onto our new network. During this time there is a chance of packet loss, however we will be working hard to do so with no downtime. We will provide further updates on our status page as the work is completed.

"Network Maintanance and Diagnostics Run at 11PM on 15/11/2014"

On Saturday, November 15th, 2014, Physivert Corporation will be conducting a potentially service affecting network maintenance.  The network maintenance is scheduled to commence at 11.00 PM IST.

During this maintenance window, Physivert will be applying a code patch to the system software on four core routers.  This update requires a reload of the router.  We are performing these changes to multiple routers in a single maintenance window to minimize the total downtime that would occur if it were spread out over multiple windows.
This update should only be service affecting to customers that have TLS services, MetroE, Metro POP, any non-redundant Layer 2 services between Data Centers or POP's, or that have services directly connected to these routers.  So it will affect standard IP traffic.
Affected customers can expect 5 to 7 hours of downtime for each reload.

The maximum duration of this maintenance window is 10 hours.  If you have any questions concerning this maintenance window, please do not hesitate to contact our 24x7 Support mail ID : sd@physivert.com. Call support will not be available during down time hours.

Network Security patches Updates on server

Some Network security updates are working on server dolphinnew.dnssols.com (208.115.229.214). After that server will be rebooted to install the complete updates on server. So you can face 2-4 hours downtime in this process. Meanwhile your co-operation will be highly appriciated.
